Location & Mapping

The Town of West Harrison is located in Dearborn County, southeastern Indiana. Incorporated in 1886, West Harrison is bordered by the Indiana-Ohio state line to the East and the Whitewater River to the West. West Harrison is part of the greater Cincinnati area and is only 35 minutes (23.4 miles) from downtown. It is located near the intersection of Old US-52 and I-74. From Cincinnati, take I-74 W/US-52 W/US-27 N toward Indianapolis. Take exit 1 for New Haven Road and follow New Haven Road to Harrison Avenue. Harrison Avenue goes through Harrison, OH to West Harrison. From Indianapolis, take I-74 east to exit 169 and follow Harrison-Brookville Road/Old US-52 until it becomes State Street.
